5 day retreat. ‘Finding the Middle Way’
The Buddha called his teachings the Middle Way. That is, the middle way between obsessing after what we like and don’t like; grasping what we desire and running away from what we fear. Through developing mindfulness and the Buddha’s path, the Middle Way, we can move towards a life in balance.
The primary focus of the retreat will be meditation and mindfulness, and there will be periods for discussion on the theme in the afternoons. All welcome – suitable for beginners as well as more experienced meditators.
Registration on Friday from 5pm, soup from 6pm, starts 7.15pm, Finishes 2.00pm Tuesday
